It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU and EEA. The GDPR aims primarily to give control to citizens and residents over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business by unifying the regulation within the EU.” GDPR is BS and how we should start seeing privacy and data protection from now on.

Basically, we shouldn’t be blaming companies from gathering data but educating consumers on what they’re giving data to and how we can prevent them from giving unwanted data
