How Millions Of Coconuts Are Harvested And How All Parts Of The Coconut Are Processed

Agriculture Technology News

In this video, we explore the processing of coconuts and the valuable products derived from them. The process starts with manual coconut harvesting and separating the meat from the husk. The coconut husk is crushed to produce coconut fiber and cocopeat. Coconut fiber is used in the fiber industry, while cocopeat serves as a planting medium in agriculture. The coconut kernel is processed separately to obtain coconut water, coconut milk, coconut flour, and coconut oil. Even after processing, coconuts leave us with a valuable byproduct—coconut flour. Every part of the coconut tree serves a purpose, and there are countless products that can be derived from coconuts.
